By shipping directly from these suppliers, we streamline our fulfillment process and minimize unnecessary steps in the supply chain.
Processing & Shipping Times
- We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.
- Once shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is 5–10 business days.
Please Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local postal service delays. During peak periods, such as the holiday season, processing and shipping times may take longer.
Why We Ship Directly From Suppliers
To ensure efficiency and sustainability, we ship most orders directly from our suppliers’ warehouses, primarily located in China.

- Many of our items are personalized to your specifications, which may extend processing times, particularly during busy periods. We appreciate your patience as we craft your unique pieces.
Delivery Responsibility
- Once your order has been dispatched, and you receive a tracking number, the responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.
- We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. However, if you encounter an issue, please contact us at info@kehlani-london.com, and we’ll assist in resolving it with the carrier.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address is accurate and complete. Errors in the address may result in delivery delays or your package being returned to us.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please note that a 5% processing fee will be applied to all order cancellations.
How to Cancel:
- Email us at info@kehlani-london.com or use our Contact Form.
- Provide your order number, name, and reason for cancellation (optional).
- Wait for confirmation. Once approved, we will process your cancellation as per the conditions below.
Refund for Canceled Orders:
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 working days.
- A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total order value to cover cancellation costs.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions:
- Processed or Shipped Orders: Once your order has entered the processing or shipping phase, it cannot be canceled.
- Customized or Personalized Items: Personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete.
- Refunds for orders affected by delays will not be issued unless the carrier declares the package lost.
